My AC went off overnight, making the room super uncomfortable, though the staff was great.

Carpets looking tired, room furnishings outdated!!! Also, an alarming lack of communication regarding a midnight electricity cut!!! Never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room before!!! A real letdown overall!!!

During my stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a delightful Mexican buffet with international flavors. The room was modern and clean, providing a cozy space to relax.

The concierge level service was absolutely top-notch! ! Personal attention from staff made my experience memorable, complemented by extensive food options that truly exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately, the pool area lacked proper attention. towels were requested multiple times, and the loud music destroyed the relaxing atmosphere intended for leisure time.

I had a fantastic stay for three nights. The hotel offered a comfortable room with soft pillows and spacious layout. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the attentive service from the staff, especially Bruno and Oscar, who were always ready to assist. One suggestion would be to ensure the pool area is a bit warmer for a more enjoyable experience.
